What is your returns policy?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery by First Class or Priority Mail for Store Credit only. Store Credit will not be issued if the returned item is worn, damaged, stained, etc. You should expect to receive your credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). This does not include international orders which can take an additional 5-8 weeks depending on the country of returned shipment.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
My item was damaged during shipping- what do I do?
If an item was damaged during transit and you need a replacement, please send 1 or 2 photos of proof to firstname.lastname@example.org. If an item can be verified, a replacement may be sent free of charge. Please allow 1-2 weeks for accessing damages from the time they are reported. Please hold onto your damaged items, you may be required to show proof to your local post office for verify the damages. This is not true in all cases but some. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
I ordered the wrong size and want to exchange…
Send us an email to confirm is we have the size you are looking for in stock. If it’s available, we will set it aside for you. Please package your unworn/new condition item and mail it back to us at:

Once we receive the item, we will email you an invoice for shipping costs for the replacement item, and it will ship out as soon as the invoice has been paid.
I received a different item or size than I ordered…
Oops! This one we deal with on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us at email@example.com. Depending on the items, we may ask they you ship part of your order back to us, or simply send you the correct item.
What if I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address?
Where is my package?
If you haven’t received your package, give it a few days and check in on your tracking number to see exactly where USPS says it was left.
If it doesn’t show up or you suspect it has been lost or stolen:
- Call your local USPS and see if they can confirm the delivery.
- Check in with neighbors, housemates, or local mail person to see if perhaps it was delivered nearby.
- Submit a Search for missing mail with the USPS here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
- Once you’ve filed your claim and received a response about your open case (it usually takes about a week to get an email back from USPS) feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if it has not been resolved
Does my store credit expire?
Why won’t my discount code work?
Discount codes are not stackable with any other HGP promotions or coupons. For example, if your cart contains more than $50 of products, and you choose the ‘Free Shipping’ option at checkout, a discount code will not work.
If you use the ‘buy 3 get a 4th free’ promo on apparel, pins, patches or buttons, a discount code can not be used.
Do you have a size chart?
We do! It’s under the ‘MORE’ dropdown menu, or you can access it here.
Will this item ever come back in stock?
Probably! If an item is still visible our website, we intend to bring it back. Enter your email on the product page so you can be alerted when it’s back!
What is your shipping policy?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Some international orders may have additional fees and/or taxes attributed to them depending on recipient country. Recipient is responsible for payment of these and any other fees, taxes or additional costs. If refused, you may order will be sent back to us. We can and will issue a refund once we receive the package.
Can you guys print some tee shirts for me?
We’re a clothing brand who screen prints our designs in-house. We love collaborating with other artists and businesses on apparel items that we jointly retail, but we do not have the facilities to take on screen printing projects for hire. If this is what you’re looking for please reach out to us for recommendations for other screen printers in the Boston/ RI area :)
